Subject: [Tweeters] Glaucous Gull Orbital Ring Color: a picture

Hello, I have read with great interest the discussion of the Kent Iceland
Gull and Charlie's recent post inspired me to check my files for photos
regarding orbital ring color. Though it is just one bird at the height of
breeding season, I did add a photo of a Glaucous Gull to my website. It
doesn't prove or disprove anything, nor was it meant to; just to illustrate
one example. More pictures continue to be added and I hope you'll check in
from time to time at:
http://www.pbase.com/slickslug/
Just cut and paste that address into your browser and hit "go" or enter.
The Glaucous Gull is the last photo in the "gulls and terns" gallery.
Oh, I've learned that some folks weren't aware that images can be made full
size. Just keep clicking on them til they enlarge to their fullest extent.
Thanks, Keith Brady
