Tweets - it was too gorgeous today to stay inside, so I swung past Alki
(where SURFBIRD were easily visible on the east side of Duwamish Head), and
made my way to the Fauntleroy-Vashon ferry. Might as well go to Vashon.

I had one COMMON MURRE as we approached Vashon. At Tramp Harbor there were
several BRANT. I scooted rather quickly to Point Robinson on Maury Island
and found 2 SNOW BUNTING still where advertised, west of the fenced antenna
area NW of the lighthouse. They flushed when they saw me and landed on the
roof of the lighthouse.

I tried for Tufted Duck and Iceland Gull in Kent with no success, but I
didn't get down there until 4:10. My only consolation was a male
RING-NECKED PHEASANT standing on the gravel patch where people have been
parking to watch gulls. He just stood there, looking at the setting sun,
and looking very out of place.
