Subject: [Tweeters] Dealing with too much e-mail

When I sit down at my desk (it's usually warm and cozy in my office) I log on
and open my e-mailbox (I subscribe to 3 separate bird-related list serves)
and wade through and selectively read the mail that interests me and delete the
rest. No filters, no rules, no problem! It's just me and Mr. Delete. Why do I
not experience the anguish that some seem to be reporting?

Become adept at deleting and feel the power of the mouse! Remember the good
old days when you watched birds all day and didn't come home to e-mail. No one
says you have to, anyway. Try not to give your computer so much power.

It seems like another Charlie Brown "good grief" opportunity.

Cheers to all,
Joe Meche
