As far as I know that little public access beach behind the Shilshole Bay
Beach Club, where Kevin has some nest gourds, is unnamed. Maybe it could be
named after Kevin, but I think it would have to be named a preserve or
something, not just a beach.

I never met Kevin either but I'm certain I saw him out there in Shilshole
Bay or Salmon Bay at the Locks in his ugly little King County Water Quality
boat, and every time I see it or a kayak out there I'll think of him. Would
there be Purple Martins in Ballard without him? Some of his spirit is in
every Martin we see out there.
