What an incredible loss...Kevin Li was a very nice, gentle man, and a
passionate protector of our environment. That one man could have had such
an impact in the local distribution of a species is truly incredible. He
will be sorely missed.

I met with Kevin a couple of times to discuss installing gourds at Juanita
Bay Park, and he was planning on doing it this spring. The City of Kirkland
was excited about the project, and East Lake Washington Audubon was going to
pay for the materials. If there is anyone who is going to carry on Kevin's
legacy, please contact me.
