I am deeply saddened to learn of Kevin Li's untimely
and sudden death. Even though we never met
face-to-face, we corresponded occasionally over the
years and I considered him a personal friend as well
as a friend to birds. Despite the thousands of miles
and several years that lie between us, Purple Martins
and Kevin are forever linked in my mind -- a fine and
fitting legacy!

Is there a charitable organization where we can make a
donation in his name? Perhaps one involved with Purple
Martins?
