Subject: [Tweeters] Bay-breasted Warbler & Clay-colored Sparrow still singing

Both the Bay-breasted Warbler and the Clay-colored Sparrow were still singing away on Saturday, July 1, holding still long enough to be visible in the scope. The Bay-breasted took its time before showing up at 10 AM, since some observers had been present from 6 AM. It was a couple hundred feet down the right fork of the road (500?) just past the yellow gate at the intersection of 1909/1901. Once it showed up, it sat on one perch singing and waited for us to walk back to the cars to get scopes. The Clay-colored was singing from the tops of various bushes at the corner of Melville.
