Yes, it's a female Bullock's, as someone else has said. To help in your continuing education, notice the features: slim, elongated bird with icterid bill (longish, sharply pointed, downcurved culmen), long tail rounded at tip, pale yellow breast.

Once again I am asking you good people to help me learn.
Around Issaquah creek this morning I saw what I believe to be a female Bullock's Oriole and another juvenile duck where the shape of the head feathers and tail don't help me.
They are the first two pics in the recent sightings album on www.west_woods.typepad.com
