If you would like a close view of a Peregrine Falcon, try mornings on the I-90 floating bridge. I ride my bike across the bridge twice a week and there is often one perched on the 1st concrete platform east of the Mt Baker tunnel, on the north side of the bridge. I have stopped my bike and looked down on them and they seemed unperturbed by my presence. This morning there was an adult and a juvenile there together.
