Last year a group of us went to see the Grayland mockingbird. At that time,
we had an interesting conversation with some homeowners in the neighborhood
(sounds like the same neighborhood that it's currently in). The residents
we spoke to told us that the mockingbird had been there for a couple of
years previously..it's raucous singing makes it pretty recognizable to
non-birders. I wonder now if it stays all year, apparently some mockers
migrate and others don't.
