I'd like to echo my appreciation, too, for the location of the black-backed
woodpecker family. Jim Burchett and I scored on the black-backed and
hairy's yesterday morning.
We failed to spot the black-throated sparrow on Huntzinger or the
grasshopper sparrow on Umptanum Road. Thank you for all of the posts,
though, that keep us coming back to the Eastern side of the state for more.
