Upper Golden Gardens Park in Ballard on Shilshole Bay. Follow Market St
west, changes to NW 54th St then Seaview Ave NW. Same road. At the
entrance to the park turn right under the tracks and hook around uphill
untill you get to the off leash area on the left. Follow trail
directions from there. Alternately follow Golden Gardens Drive downhill
from the corner of 32nd Ave NW and NW 85th St. It might be signed View
Dr at that point. Odd signing there but your only choice that isn't
85th or 32nd. Off leash area will be on the right a ways down. I
haven't seen the owls but I've heard they're there. Good other birds
around there too, assuming the dog owners obey the rules.
