Hi grouse fans;

I like to refer to my old 1957 AOU Checklist for subspecies. Why doesn't the AOU publish subspecies anymore? They could at least do it for the on-line version.

The several subspecies of "Blue" Grouse divide nicely in the book; unlike recent splits of other species, where they are sometimes mixed up.
