It looks like I may have goofed on the Phoebe in Elks Heights. I've been
reminded of the range of the Black Phoebe. I've seen many in my years in
California and didn't think about it. I looked quickly at what was more
likely a Say's Phoebe. Maybe someone else who checks out the area could
keep an eye out for it. Sorry folks.
