The recent posts on the Northern mockingbird reminded me that my
partner tried to post a sighting of one from our back porch in South
Seattle (Upper Rainier Beach area) that she observed on the morning
of Tuesday June 27--for some reason this never showed up on the list.
Apologies to those who might have wanted to seek it out. This is the
first time we've seen one in the city proper--has anyone else this year?
