Hi, Tweets

I hadn't given insects much thought as the reason, but perhaps I
overlooked the main reason why I have almost no swallows anymore.
When I moved here 23 years ago (high above the Canyon Park area in
Bothell), there were tree, violet-green, and barn swallows, plus
swifts. Gradually, we saw fewer and fewer until now when there are
only violet-greens seen, and those not in high numbers at all. None
of my swallow boxes have been used for several years where they used
to all be full. A perplexing thought.

Cheers, Diann
