Hello Steve and Tweets,
Sat down and read through the North American Birds Vol.60: #1 Oregon and
Washington report and for the sake of accuracy and the record the following
species accounts need repaired.

A. Wild Turkey was first observed at Lyons Ferry S.P., Franklin Co. on 6
Nov.1993 by Mark Davis, Mike Willison, Wes McKey and MerryLynn and I. We
also found three Wild Turkey at Central Ferry, Whitman Co. on the same date.

B. Black-capped Chickidee as a species is not "extremely rare" in the Lower
Columbia Basin as stated, but is more in the uncommon range. They are found
along the Snake and Columbia Rivers in dense riparian areas and parks. They
are common in the Walla Walla Valley and do thin out as you go west to the
Columbia River and north to Hood Park and onto the Tri-Cities area.

We found the rest of this northwest report to be outstanding and very
informative. Thank-you Steve for all your time and good work in painting the
picture of what birds are doing in the Pacific Northwest. If you do not
subscribe to North American Birds it is well worth your two cents to do so.

Thank-you
Mike
