Best bird I've hooked and brought all the way in was a Sandwich Tern, while
surf fishing on Matagorda Island, on the Central Texas Coast. The tern had to
be 'wrangled' to remove the hook.

All ended well and we took home Gulf trout for dinner while the tern had
none.
