Hey tweets,
My Biology class from the UW is going to Forks Friday night. Getting in around 7pm, and have a little time in the evening and the next morning at the Olympic Natural Resource Center (ONRC) right outside town.
The next day, we are going to La Push Beach for a few hours, mainly just before low tide and then in the next couple of hours thereafter.
I haven't been out to the coast at all this year (kinda hard as a student sometimes), and I want to add as many birds as possible. Has anyone seen any particularly good species that I should bone up on at these locales in the past week? Really, and bird notes will be good for those two places. I have 10 power bins and will be checking the area good. I am at 176 species for my year list and hope to get somewhat closer to 200 by the time we head back!
Thanks in advance for any and all comments suggestions. Cheers!
