One of my friends is a budding birder and I'd like to help her on her way
by buying her a a good birding book. But rather than the standard book that
focuses on IDs, I'd like to find something that emphasizes behavior,
ecology, and other characteristics. A Pacific Northwest emphasis would be
nice too, but is not essential. Many thanks for your assistance.
