Hi, over the last week I have seen two Turkey Vultures in Sumner; one on Monday; about 6 blocks south of Highway 410, on the road to Orting, it was sitting at the edge of a field. The second (could have been the same bird though, was circling over Highway 410 on Thursday afternoon, just before you head up the hill towards Bonney Lake. I have seen them in Buckley, and very near Bonney Lake, but never in Bonney Lake city limits, or in Sumner. A good thing, adult bird(s)......The one on the ground was just a few feet from the road, and I did a double-take!
