Dear fellow tweeters,

I wanted to put some general questions out to the group for comments:

When would be the best time of year to do birding in New Zealand, given that their seasons are the opposite of ours?

We are thinking of going in late November/early December. Is that still Spring or is the weather and bird activity going into summer mode?

Any information on birding spots that you like, driving experiences (time schedules), tour guides, information regarding seeing Kiwi in the wild, etc. would be helpful. Thanks everyone!
