I was there late morning today, and immediately gravitated to the sounds of
an Oriole just north of the rowing club.

Bullock's.

I couldn't find the Baltimore to get a picture during my quick visit. Maybe
Wednesday morning I will, and it'll be in the sun.


Make sure to check your Oriole out carefully as the eastern visitor doesn't
have an exclusive contract with that area of the park.

There are Black-headed Grosbeak around there too, so scrutinize your
black/orange with white color combos carefully as well.
