I just got done giving the Bald Eagle nest a good looking over, from a different vantage point, and one eaglet has lost nearly all of its down, the other, from what I could see, was quite small, and still had a lot of its down left.
The bigger of the two, was doing some wing flapping. At this point I will be checking on them a couple of times a day from this view point, weather permitting.
