I'm planning a jaunt to eastern Washington this weekend. I have failed on
numerous occasions to find Tri-colored Blackbirds on previous trips. Does
anyone have a reliable spot so I can get this behind me?

My wife and I are making a weekend of it. Anyone got a recommendation for a
good base (like a birder-friendly B&B) anywhere between Moses Lake and
Walla Walla?
