Registration packets can be picked up Thursday at the Prospector's Inn
"...starting at 6:00 p.m." I don't know how late you can pick them up, but
given the unreasonably early start time for morning field trips, if you
arrive late you'll probably have to wait until morning to get them.

Here's the early Friday schedule:

Friday, June 16 -
Registration packets available at Pavilion, from 4 AM to 4:30 AM
4 AM - Box Breakfast and Lunch available at Ferry Co. Fairgrounds
Pavilion
5 AM - Field Trips depart Ferry Co. Fairgrounds Pavilion
3 PM - Field Trips return
