Subject: [Tweeters] Clark's nutcrackers: a thank you and a request
Date: Jun 21 14:01:00 2006
From: Teresa Lorenz - teresalorenz at fs.fed.us

Dear Tweets, Thank you again for those who have responded to me with
sightings of Clark's nutcrackers over the last two years. With your help,
we have been able to locate some local concentrations of nutcrackers and
have begun a telemetry study of these birds. This study has been assisted
by volunteers in the past and currently we are seeking volunteer help in
banding, tagging, and tracking these birds. Most of the telemetry work is
being done in Yakima County and western Pierce County. If you are
interested and available over the next three weeks (weekdays and weekends)
to assist in anyway, please contact me (see the contact information below).
If you know of people who might be interested and are not Tweeters, would
you please pass this information along to them? Thanks in advance,
Teresa
