Hello,

This morning I was walking on the Pugeot Creek trail when I went around a corner and a large bird flew off. I was thinking it was a Red Tailed Hawk, pretty common here. After a few seconds it flew back over me and into a tree above me. It was a Barred Owl. It got all the small birds excited and then flew a few yards away to another tree. I took two pics and then it flew up the hill towards the houses.
