Subject: [Tweeters] Yellow-breasted Chat Singing in Kent, 6/28

This morning 0500-0515 I heard the unmistakable notes of a chat at the
Green River NRA in Kent. This was from the observation tower
accessible from the bike path that runs along the southern boundary of
the NRA. The bird seemed to be in the willows at the impoundment edge
NE of the tower. I could also hear the bird from the part of bike path
adjacent to the smaller long narrow section water a bit east of the
gate to the tower.

I gather from the ABA guide that this is a somewhat unusual bird for
western Washington.
