So far five people have submitted public comments regarding the impact
of development on the bird populations in this wetland (Gracie's Place
in Mill Creek). The contact person to whom we must send comments by end
of day today has changed! See text of her email (below).

This note serves to update you that this project has been reassigned
from Ed Caine to me...so please direct all future comments or questions
to my attention.

FYI - I also have Gracie's Place 2 (PFN 06-126179 SD) and US Land
Development (PFN 06-126177 SP) that are adjoining this plat. These
projects came in earlier this week.
