This would be an exceptional find, although I recall at least one other n.
OP entry: there was an April 6 bird at the hawk-watch site near Cape
Flattery a number of years ago during a peak flight of raptors, this the
sole CLALLAM report I know of. San Juan I had an October bird many years
ago, and I believe there are 1-2 other credible westside reports (winterers
southward near the OR border) over the years, but the species has to be
considered accidental or casual at best here.
