I agree and for a longish time I thought I'd "lost" a species . .
incidentally, not long ago, I was reading Kaufman"s Advanced Birding on identifying
shorebirds in which he, also, refers to the Common Snipe--Maybe if Sibley and
Kaufman say Common . . . or maybe it's like "potatoes/potatoes" . . .
Could you give me a DeLorme location for your marina by separate
