The most active Seattle accipiter bander is Jack Bettesworth. I believe he monitors Tweeters. If not, I have forwarded your message on to him. The Falcon Research Group also bands alot of fall migrant sharpies in the Cascades at Entiat Ridge as does Kent Woodruff at Chelan Ridge. It is conceivable that some of these birds might move west and down in elevation instead of south. There are also Sharpie banders in AK.
