Subject: [Tweeters] "undispersed" bushtits

Tweets,
Thursday morning a small flock of bushtits passed through my yard, their
biological clocks apparently not yet signaling nesting season. While not at
all a common yard species here, the unusual thing was their sticking to the
upper heights of a tree, mostly 30 to 45 feet high. Maybe the snow cover and
falling flakes had something to do with it?
Good birding!
