Birds in the News is beginning its second volume! This
issue, volume 2, number 1, features a stunning photo
of a barred owl, Strix varia, in flight with a mouse.
The 2005 Koufax Awards are still accepting votes to
determine the top 6-10 entries, which will be
finalists for the category for "Best Series". If you
have not hyet voted, please consider voting for Birds
