Hello, Tweeterites!

Coming up on BirdNote, the week of March 13: Monday, Bald Eagles rebuild
their nests; Tuesday, a treasure chest - hummingbirds' names; Wednesday,
announcing the Sandhill Crane Festival in Othello, WA, March 24-26, 2006;
Thursday, the anniversary of the introduction of the European Starling into
Central Park; and Friday, how the Master Gardener program can help create
backyard sanctuaries.

BirdNote is a radio series, two minutes per episode, which you can hear
live on KPLU* or KOHO**, or listen to --or read-- on the web site,
http://www.BirdNote.org. (Also available as a podcast.) Each is accompanied
by a photograph on our web site. All episodes are in the archives, both in
written transcript and MP3 format. (Depending on your connection, you may
listen on-line or download the MP3.)

Check out next week's schedule and photographs at http://tinyurl.com/nr9nm.
Then listen on-line at any time. Each day's feature goes into the archives.
