Subject: [Tweeters] 3 spp of cormorants, surf scoters, grebes at Edmonds

Al and Tweets, I was there on Fri. 3/10 and also saw about 20 Black Scoters
and 150 or so Pacific Loons, some of which were preening, exposing their
chin straps quite clearly. Quite clearly via scope, I mean, as this was
from the end of Sunset off to the north. The Rhino seen from the fishing
pier was in almost-breeding plumage, with head feathers flying and a bit of
a horn.
