A term used in describing epidemics among Native Americans shortly after Chris Columbus arrived is "virgin soil epidemic", where the native population has no history of exposure. Maybe I didn't remember the term precisely, though. Anyway, I suppose the term could be used in a broad sense to include all critters and plants, as a specific case may be.
