I have printed out and examined one of the photos of the bird. I am not
convinced as to it being an Olive-backed Pipit, but instead believe it to be
an American Pipit. I am posting this because the report is mentioned on the
Potland RBA, as summaried on OBOL, Bird West, and Tweeters.

I can forward the photo to anyone who wants to examine it before making the
trip to Harney County.
