Tweeters,

Made my first visit to Ridgefield yesterday and found it to be a very
pleasant 59 species adventure. Good birds outside the rez on the south
side were two Sandhill Cranes, a dozen Great Egrets, and a Peregrine.
On the east side we found a Greater Yellowlegs, Turkey Vulture, and
dark morph Rough-legged Hawk. No Garganey, but Scrub Jays were easy
to find.

It is such an easy side trip from I-5 exit 14.
