Hello,
To add to what you know: the bill will be signed by the Governor on
Monday, March 20. If anyone wants to come on down, it will be at 2:30 at
her office. I understand there are about 30 bills being signed at this
signing session so we will have to wait in the Rotunda for our turn.
I want to thank all those who supported this important piece of
legislation: it is one victory for hunters, conservationists and
enforcement, and most importantly the birds
