juanita bay park had at least 20 tree swallows flying over the western
boardwalk last weekend... i'd heard they had been around for at least a
week before...

i've not heard of rufous at the park yet, but maryfrances could tell
specifically if they had been spotted...

We had Rufous arrive on March 4th this year, last year was February 25.
No swallows yet, last year we had Violet-green arrive on March 22, Tree on
March 30th and Barn on April 20th. We live on the north end of Hood Canal
on Squamish Harbor.
