I wish I could figure out comcast's personal web page building tools... but I can't. I would post some pictures of this
blackbird that is living in the cattail pond along Marine Drive on the west side of the south end of East Bay in Olympia.
This pond is right next to the parking lot of what used to be Skookum Bay Outfitters. I'm not sure what it is now.

This red-winged blackbird has a a black breast but it's belly is white. It has white outer tail feathers. It has light
wing bars and some orange on the lateral margins of the abdomen. It actually looks like a very artfully planned bird. It's
just not like any bird I've ever seen before. It sings like a red-winged blackbird and displays its red appelets vigorously
while clinging to cattails so I know it's gotta be a red-winged blackbird.
