I mentioned in my recent message on this subject that there might be no one to recognize an Ivory-bill as it whooshed by on its way to find better pickins. Well, I recall seeing among lists of unrecognized sightings, that few were of the birds in question flying past. But of the few that were, three were made by (sharp-eyed) women; namely one each in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Florida. The only other that I recall was from a F&W plane over the Okefenokee Swamp. Oh, I forgot the turkey hunter.
