Yesterday morning (Sat. March 18) there was a Northern Shrike in the east meadow at Marymoor. Got good looks through David Drummond's spotting scope (he was there leading an ELWAS class/fieldtrip). Also 3 Western Meadowlarks, along with the usual birds. One Great Blue Heron; they've been scarce the past couple of weeks, no doubt with most of them having gone to nesting roosts.
