Greetings, all,

A basic plumage Eared Grebe was off Alki Beach this afternoon as well as
more usual late winter birds. (Humans were a bit more confused about
the season.) The south side of Alki Point still had two female Black
Scoters, and ten Brant allowed close approach as they fed on sea lettuce
at low tide.
