Hello all,
Birded along the Columbia River in Walla Walla Co. today and found the
following birds of note:
*Canyon Wren
*Rock Wren
*Chukar
*White-throated Swift
ICELAND GULL - 1on the poop piles then flew over to the river where we
refound it on the spit off the Two Rivers HMU. Same bird seen and
described by Steve Mlodinow and others on Sunday.
Glaucous Gull - 2 second-year birds - one off Two Rivers and another flying
over the WWRdelta.
*Yellow-headed Blackbird - 4 males on the poop piles.
Violet-green Swallow - 1 bird on Byrnes Road.
Greater White-fronted Goose - only 50 birds left at MP 300
Bald Eagle - 6 young birds along river - and 2 adults at McNary NWR HQ
Tundra Swan - 2 birds on Casey pond.

*County year birds - list up to 140 as of today.
