Hi Folks,

If you go to the website that Phil has provided, also take the time to click on the top right link and see the info on a long lost Tanager. It has been missing for 66 years. Not the Ivory-billed Woodpecker there are still some long lost birds out there to find!!

It is the Cone-billed Tanager Conothraupis mesoleuca.

It was referenced earlier this week on conservation website that sent you the link on Bird Life's website. Anyone want to go see it? I think my visa is still good for Brazil!!
