Tweets,
I spent the day up at Spencer Island, and then
Stanwood area in Snohomish County. Nice day of
birding, even if the wind got a tad chilly ;)
Highlights -
Spencer Island - several pairs of Cinnamon Teal in
breeding pluamge. A few winter ducks around, but
pretty quiet out there today.
Stanwood - Eide Road - Nothern Shrike, Peregrine
Falcon, SE Owl. LOTS of Dunlin. Rufous Hummingbird.
No Snowy Owl at the Big Ditch.
Did see several large flocks of Snow Geese flying
around still.
Haven't tallied it all up yet, but I probably saw
about 60 species today.

Northern Shrike and Rufous Hummingbird within 10
minutes of each other ;)
