This evening (3/30/06), Michael Woodruff, Garrett
MacDonald, and I saw 2 PYGMY OWLs and one BARRED OWL
in Mt. Spokane State Park. The Barred Owl flew in and
landed on a branch that was only twelve feet above our
heads. The Barred Owl was a state lifer for the guys
as well as a county lifer for all of us.
